The Role

As a Game Producer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our game development projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination: Analyzing, planning, and coordinating all incoming projects to ensure they are executed efficiently.
• Team Support: Providing support and oversight to the internal team and our clients/publishers at every development stage, from preliminary analysis to post-launch.
• Leadership: Supervising the overall team and schedules, allocating tasks effectively, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of updates and fixes.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and enhance the team’s skills, ensuring project goals are met with high standards.
• Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and schedule management tools (Gantt).
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in Unity3D or Unreal development languages is an advantage. Excellent coding architecture, gaming, and gamification mechanisms knowledge will be considered a significant plus.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in the field.
