N-Zone is a company specialized in video games. For its console and PC department, it is seeking an Unreal Engine Gameplay Developer.

Your role will focus on developing gameplay features for console and PC video games.

Your missions:

– You will closely collaborate with the Game Designer and ensure compliance with their specifications.
– As a project participant, you will develop new gamified experiences and gameplay features to facilitate integration by the Game Designer.
– Document your code and ensure that information is accessible to all team members, especially the Game Designer.
– Maintain updates and ensure quality control of the results generated by your project.

Requirements:

– Hold a degree in computer science with proven development experience.
– Demonstrated experience in Unreal Engine development.
– Enjoy working on different and varied projects.
– Autonomous and goal-oriented.
– Interest in user experience.
– Enjoy gaming in general and having fun at work.
– Team player who thrives on innovation.

Technical Skills:

– Familiarity with basic architectural patterns such as Observer, MVC, singleton, etc.
– Good understanding of Unreal Engine’s core classes (player controller, player state, game mode, etc.) and their responsibilities.
– Strong proficiency in development on the Unreal Engine (Blueprint or C++).
– Ability to design a graphical interface in Unreal Engine.
– Ability to read and understand UML diagrams.
– Comfortable with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
– Experience with Source Control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.).
– Gamification skills are a plus.
