Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that will elevate our brand, engage our target audience, and drive our business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of current marketing trends in apps, VR and gaming. You have to be able to come to our office in Ghent 2 days/week. The work schedule can be discussed (full time, part time,..)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, and adjust as needed.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Oversee the company’s email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is compelling and targeted.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a B2C marketing role, preferably within software and gaming.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
