At Negotiator Studios, we’re looking to fill a temporary position of level designer for the game “Diode Arena” in the context of a graphical overhaul funded by the VAF.
The position entails the design, building and testing of 3D environments in the Unity game engine, using existing 3D art assets, concept art and optionally asset-packs that can be purchased as needed.
The task should take no longer than 2 months, can be approached part-time or full-time as preferred, and is fully remote. Only basic knowledge of the Unity game engine is required. Prior experience with level design and 3D modelling is of course desired.
Diode Arena is an online multiplayer game that allows players to build vehicles to fight each-other, making the environments accessible and interesting for different movement types offers a unique challenge here.
The position will be paid for using funding from “Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds”, a restriction here is that the freelancer must be Flemish, or at least closely connected to Flemish culture, the freelancer does not need to currently live in Flanders.
