About Oddshot Games
Oddshot Games is a Belgian indie studio creating Slapshot: Rebound. We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming over 2 million players to the game over the years. Alongside Slapshot, we’re working on exciting new projects and to make the most of them we’d love to bring a Community Manager on board that shares our excitement and passion for multiplayer video games.
About you
- You’re comfortable with remote work and live in Flanders
- You’re passionate about multiplayer games and their communities
- You’re no stranger to setting your own schedule and estimating workloads
- You’re a strong communicator and can comfortably work alone but know when to ask for help
- You love working with data and extracting insights from it
Responsibilities
- Collect and process feedback from our game communities
- Enter dialogue with players about game feedback and troubleshooting
- Create content for social media to promote our games
- Manage and monitor in-game events and content
- Manage our in-game cosmetic shop
- Review marketing/usage data and provide actionable insights to the team
- Communicate with and support event organizers (leagues, tournaments,..)
Qualifications
- You are capable of creating promo graphics (Affinity Photo, Photoshop,..)
- You are capable of simple video editing (CapCut, Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve,..)
- With simple video editing we understand: Cutting and putting together footage, adding sound effects, adding voice-overs and subtitles, balancing clip volumes,..
- You are (near) fluent in English, both written and spoken
Bonus Points
- Experience working in small teams, the games industry or live service games
- A master’s degree of any kind (It’s a tax incentive thing; not required)
- Fluent in Dutch

Our interview process
If you have followed our instructions above, we will always reply to your application. If we think there’s a potential match, we’ll set up an interview to get to know each other (30 – 60 min). After a successful interview, we might ask for a small competency test. After a successful test, one more call is set up to meet other people on the team before a decision is made
