You will work on our latest game project under the supervision of the studio’s Chief Technical Officer, in a friendly and stimulating environment
Missions
- Create and integrate visual effects (VFX) into Unreal Engine’s Niagara system to enrich the game’s visual experience;
- Develop complex shaders using Unreal Engine’s material editor to enhance the graphic aspect of environments, characters, and interactive objects;
- Design and implement tools via Blueprints in Unreal Engine to optimize the production workflow;
- Manipulate Blender’s geometry nodes to create procedural or modifiable assets for the game;
- Collaborate with the design and art teams to ensure proper technical and artistic coherence for the project;
- Test, adjust, and optimize technical elements to guarantee smooth performance across different platforms
Expected skills
- Mastery of Unreal Engine’s Niagara system for VFX creation (particles, fluids, etc.);
- Good skills in Unreal Engine’s material editor, with a good understanding of shaders and their optimization;
- Experience with Unreal Engine’s Blueprints, capable of creating complex tools and scripts to facilitate production;
- Thorough knowledge of Blender’s geometry nodes for creating procedural 3D assets;
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while understanding and respecting technical constraints;
- Seeking solutions to optimize for smooth rendering.
