Product Manager

CrazyGames.com, one of the world’s largest browser games platforms, is looking for a (full or hybrid) remote Product Manager in Europe. Your responsibility will be to create the greatest gaming experience for our users. You’ll report to the Head of Product and will work closely with the engineering team, the Product Designer, and our Head of Data Science. CrazyGames is already used by more than 2 million users per day, and we’re now ready to bring it to the next level and compete with the major gaming platforms in the world.

On a typical day you might:

  • Work out social gamification features with our product designer.

  • Detect broken or underperforming games on a large scale

  • Onboard our largest games on the newest features in our SDK.

  • Stay on top of new browser features that can be used to build new functionality and improve game performance.

  • Write and finetune feature specifications to improve the user gaming experience on mobile devices.

  • Guide the business team on promising game genres and game concepts, as well as on technical game requirements.

Key outcomes for the role:

  • Within 1 month, you have a good understanding of the current product, participate meaningfully in plannings, and have created your first product tickets.

  • Within 3 months, you are contributing meaningful ideas for new features (small and big)

  • Within 6 months, you have worked out and fully planned a major product improvement. You are also having regular conversations with game developer studios about SDK features and/or game improvements.

  • Within 12 months, the gaming experience has been meaningfully improved thanks to product features that you have led from start to finish

Job requirements

Reach out if:

  • You are intelligent, efficient, and organized. You have an attention to detail.

  • You like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication, and you have experience in working remotely.

  • You have a product or engineering background, with a solid understanding of a wide range of technical and non-technical topics (ranging from web APIs to basic economics to user psychology to applied statistics).

  • You have at least 2 years Product Management (or closely related) experience with a consumer focused digital product on a large scale.

  • You have a good gut feeling for what makes people use digital products, and you’re able to use data to support/challenge it.

  • You like diving into new things and challenging resource-intensive projects.
