Role Description

Rogueside is seeking a full-time Project Manager for onsite position in our Geel office. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage, supervise and implement projects from concept through completion. You will be responsible for day-to-day project management, including developing and executing project plans, generating project reports, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in a software development or game development environment
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in project management, game development, or computer science
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional project teams
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Passionate about video games and game development
