SAY IT Labs is transforming the lives of children with speech disorders through the power of technology. We develop novel speech-controlled video games that provide fun, engaging, and effective speech therapy for children facing communication challenges. Our innovation has been recognized globally, winning a series of prestigious national and international awards for its cutting-edge approach to speech therapy.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage our social media presence: Create, curate, and schedule content that reflects our mission and engages our growing community across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Craft compelling communications: Write and edit content for blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and other communications.

· Listen and engage: Monitor and respond to social media comments, feedback, and trends. Actively listen to our audience to better understand their needs.

· Support international campaigns: Help coordinate communications for global outreach, maintaining sensitivity to cultural differences.

· Assist in event planning and external communications: Contribute to webinars, presentations, and other initiatives to promote SAY IT Labs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Social Media Guru: You know your way around social media platforms and are always up-to-date on the latest trends.
• Speech Therapy: You have some connection to the speech therapy world, either as a speech therapist or have a link to the community.
• Strong English Communicator: English is your jam! You can write and speak clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Dutch or French (or both) is a bonus!
• Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat and always meet deadlines.
• Good Listener: You pay attention to feedback and use it to improve both your work and our communications strategy.
• International Mindset: You thrive in a multicultural environment and understand the nuances of communicating across borders.
