Caroline is a lawyer at EDSON. The firm is leading, both in Belgium and in the EU, in videogame law. We assist companies in their entire lifecycle, from incorporation and funding, over IP assignment agreements and publishing/platform deals, to an exit and/or M&A. We represent the Belgian and European videogame sector federations before the European court of justice, were instrumental in securing the Belgian tax shelter program for videogames, and have worked on matters such as in-game purchasing or lootboxes.
