Chris is the founder & CEO of Player One Consulting – a boutique consultancy focused on the video games industry.
Since 2018, Chris has been advising games companies, enabling them to maximise their revenue & profit though better strategy, operations & marketing
Before founding Player One, Chris was an executive at Microsoft over 13 years where he successfully advised on Xbox business strategy, before taking charge of the CEE region where he drove record revenue growth, market share & profitability.
During his extensive time in the gaming industry, Chris has been involved in the release of over 100 games and has consulted for companies both within the games business, as well as those looking to successfully partner with it.
In addition, he regularly runs his own extensive 10-week business scale up programme for growing games studios that has generated multiple alumni success stories.
Prior to Microsoft, Chris was a management consultant for Accenture, running business transformations projects for major companies.
He also holds a science PhD and has published several academic papers.
