He has worked with over 70 videogame CEO’s, founders and leaders running companies of all sizes to improve their leadership and build a better videogame company. And he has helped many more through the knowledge and insights he shares in his conference talks, and his newsletter The Long Game.

Prior to coaching, Martijn worked in the games industry in various roles including PR, marketing, business development and operations, and he holds an Executive MBA degree.
