Sacha Blom is a Diversity & Inclusion advocate across the (Dutch) game industry.
In 2021, she won the Dutch Game Award for Inclusion in regards to her graduation project on inclusive hiring practices and the position of women in games. She became a Women in Games ambassador and started working at Paladin Studios as their Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator.
In her work at Paladin Studios she implemented her guideline on inclusive hiring practices, discussed studio-wide topics and helped the People & Culture team facilitate a safe and fun environment in the studio. She has worked on making the hiring process transparent, open to all who are interested and spreading that energy to other studios.
More recently, she has been bridging industries also stepping foot in e-sports and working together with Women in Immersive Tech.
