Spawn Point

Co-working space for game developers in Hasselt, founded by LuGus Studios. Spawn Point offers 15 workstations in a cozy, converted space above the LuGus Studios office. With up to 30 game developers under one roof, the space fosters organic collaboration between indie studios and solo developers. Financed independently by LuGus Studios with initial support from the VAF Game Fund, Spawn Point keeps rent exceptionally affordable to support local game development startups.

A desk at Spawn Point is available from €160 per month and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, shared kitchen facilities (coffee, tea, a stove, and a croque monsieur machine), and access to a meeting room. Spawners also enjoy community activities, including monthly board-game nights.

The space hosts tenants including SixtyFour, Business Goose Studios, Studio Kabouter, and Keyframe, alongside solo developers who drop in regularly.
