About the Role
We are looking for full-stack developers at all levels of experience — junior, medior, and senior — to join our team and help us build out and manage a variety of data-driven products and platforms.
Bits of Love is a digital product studio that creates intelligent, intuitive, lightning-fast applications, software, and SaaS platforms. We're looking for driven Full-Stack Developers who understand both front-end and back-end, and can help enhance the overall user experience. This role requires regular presence at our offices in Bruges, Belgium.
Your responsibilities
- Building (web) applications and SaaS platforms that make a difference for our customers.
- Developing front-end and back-end (React, Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, middleware, databases).
- Enhance our projects with future-proof data hubs, AI automations, and external tools.
- Always prioritize user experience or employee experience.
- Contribute to the architecture and future-proofing of our software.
- Share knowledge during monthly dev meetings.

Requirements
- Passionate about digital products that are simple and fast.
- Knowledge of front-end, back-end, and UX (or willingness to grow in these areas).
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and databases (or ability to learn quickly).
- Familiarity with version control (git), unit testing, documentation, CI, and dependency management.
- Regular presence at our Bruges office.
- Nice to have: React Native/mobile experience, data analysis skills, AI/ML background, business analyst skills.
