All-around Unity Programmer (Freelance / In House)

About the Role
You will be working on a wide range of Unity projects: ranging from entertainment games, military training simulators, artistic museum projects to brand experiences. You will be diving into new technologies, driven by what the project at hand needs. You will manage your own work, in communication with the team, and be able to take responsibility for the work you deliver.
Sakari Games works in a flat hierarchy with very flexible hours, on location in the office in the heart of Antwerp.
Requirements
- Strong programming knowledge, including C#
- Wide experience with working in Unity: 3D graphics, Physics, Math for gamedev, UI, tooling
- Quick learner with a strong urge to dive into new tech
- Strong team-oriented mentality, able to work independently
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
- Clean, robust and maintainable code; experience with Git or other version control
- Bonus: performance analysis and optimization, web development, 3D artist workflows, multiplayer netcode, electronics, data science
