As a member of our commercial team, you will take full ownership of the sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients. Your responsibilities extend to optimizing our sales playbook, creating a robust client pipeline, and representing StriveCloud at industry events. You will act as the voice of the market, working alongside the founders to ensure our product and strategy are shaped by direct client feedback.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a closing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Experience managing sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise clients; experience with CRM systems like Hubspot
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives on autonomy
- Exceptional communication skills
- A genuine passion for technology and gamification
- Very fluent in English with an international mindset
