Performance Marketing Manager, one of the world’s largest browser games platforms, is looking for a remote Performance Marketing Manager. Your role will be to scale up our Paid User Acquisition. CrazyGames is already used by more than 2 millions users per day, and we’re now ready to bring it to the next level and compete with the major gaming platforms in the world by aggressively acquiring users.

Key outcomes for the role:

  • Within 3 months, find optimizations to our current campaigns that increase the ROAS by at least 5%.
  • Within 6 months, scale up our display campaigns 10x while maintaining the same ROAS.
  • Within 12 months, run ROAS positive Paid User Acquisition operations while bringing millions of new users to our platform every month.


  • Ideation, creation and optimization of Paid User Acquisition campaigns.

  • Data collection and analysis.

  • Scaling up our PUA and bring it to the next level

Job requirements

Must-have requirements:

  • At least 3+ years experience with Google Ads/SA360, including:
    • Conversion strategies

    • ROAS calculations

    • Different campaign types (at least search and display)

  • Experience working for a web publisher

  • Data analysis skills


  • Programming skills

  • Experience with TikTok Ads and / or Facebook Ads

  • GA4 experience

  • Lookerstudio experience

  • Google Marketing Platform experience
