Digital Business Producer
Bits of Love
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who feels at home at the intersection of business, communication and digital. Someone who can take a half-formed idea, ask the right questions, bring people and information together and turn it into something clear, useful and finished.
You’ll work directly with management, as well as with our designers, developers and project managers.
About Bits of Love
Bits of Love is a digital product studio. We design and build digital products, platforms and services that help people and organisations move forward.
We’re a small, senior team that works closely together across strategy, UX / UI, technology and product. We like smart thinking, but we care just as much about getting things done.
We’re not big on hierarchy or unnecessary processes. We expect people to take ownership, make decisions and improve the way we work along the way.
For this role in particular, there’s one simple principle: we give you context. You figure out what matters. Then you make sure something strong comes out of it.
That could be a case study, a better sales presentation, insights from customer interviews, a workshop, a small webproject or simply a process that finally works better.
Your role moves across three main areas. The balance between them will change over time: some weeks you’ll focus more on communication, others on a client project, a sales opportunity or an internal initiative.
Interested?
We’d love to hear your story and understand how you work. Tell us a little about: why this particular combination of business, communication and digital appeals to you; some examples of things you’ve personally helped move from idea or context to finished output; how you use AI in your day-to-day work.

Responsibilities
Communication & Marketing
- Setting up and running a practical content rhythm.
- Writing cases, posts, newsletters and website content in clear, human language in both Dutch and English.
- Interviewing colleagues and clients to uncover useful stories and insights.
- Turning content into strong visual communication and creating simple video content yourself when needed.
- Helping safeguard the quality of copy and visuals and gradually taking ownership of final QA.
- Turning analytics and performance data from our existing tools into useful insights.
- Spotting opportunities where those insights could also create additional value for our clients.
Sales & Business Production
- Centralise and improve presentations, templates, cases and reusable sales material.
- Help turn proposals and pitches into clear, convincing and visually strong deliverables.
- Research companies, markets and opportunities and help prepare client conversations.
- Use AI to make research, preparation and structuring faster and more consistent.
- Turn knowledge from previous projects into useful building blocks for new opportunities.
- Think critically about how we can organise our commercial work more intelligently.
You’re not a traditional salesperson, and you won’t have an individual sales quota.
Digital Producing & Insights
- Support discovery & define tracks.
- Conduct interviews and research and turn them into relevant insights.
- Prepare workshops, presentations and other client sessions.
- Bring clients, designers and developers together and turn scattered input into concrete output.
- Translate data, user research and other signals into clear project insights.
- Turn an initial client briefing into a first prototype using tools such as Lovable, making ideas tangible before development starts.
And sometimes: simply move things forward
Sometimes a contract needs preparing, a funding application needs finishing or a strategic document needs to get out of someone’s head and into a usable format. When something important risks getting stuck, you help create momentum.
Requirements
The exact number of years of experience matters less to us than what you’ve learned along the way. This is not a junior role where every next step will be defined for you. At the same time, we’re not looking for someone who only wants to operate within one narrow specialism.
- You write exceptionally well. You can turn complex information into short, clear and human communication in both Dutch and English.
- You ask good questions. You’re curious and critical and want to understand what really matters before jumping to conclusions.
- You take ownership. If something is missing, you don’t wait for someone else to notice. If a process doesn’t work, you suggest a better one.
- You’re a maker. You’d rather create a strong first version and improve it than spend months planning the perfect one.
- You have a strong visual sense. You know how to structure information in slides and decks, understand visual hierarchy and can work with — or quickly learn — tools such as Figma.
- You’re strong with AI. Using AI for research, writing, structuring and analysis feels natural to you. You don’t need to be a developer.
- You understand digital products. UX, discovery, customer journeys, product analytics and digital business aren’t foreign concepts.
- You switch contexts easily.
- You know when to dig deeper — and when to deliver.
Benefits
- A broad role with real autonomy, working directly with management.
- A combination of strategy and hands-on work.
- A mix of internal initiatives and client work.
- Direct involvement in billable client projects from the start.
- A senior team around you, with designers, developers and digital experts to collaborate with.
- Room to improve how we work.
- Room to build your own expertise as the role evolves.
- A full-time position.
- Bruges as your main base, with flexibility.
